Two good posts here and here from Mark Guzdial ( and a lot of good comments too). The big thing for me is that it gets you thinking about what we do and what we need to do. I like Rich DeMillo’s account of a World Economic Forum member’s comments after listening to Daphne Koller speak

Now I get it.  This is the death of mediocre teaching.
